Throughout the last six months 63,500 square feet of leases have been completed in the three office towers. Normandy acquired Continental Plaza in 2004 and plans to soon unveil a multimillion-dollar renovation of the high profile complex this summer.

Recent lease transactions at Continental Plaza include:
- At 401 Hackensack Avenue, Omni Specialty, Nichibei Physicians Group, SGB Packaging Group and BroadUSA, Inc. signed lease renewals and Hyundai Shipping, New Jersey Med Spa and Bank of New Jersey signed new leases.
- At 411 Hackensack Avenue, MetLife, Galacy Inc. and Minakem signed new leases while MGS Corporation and Instructional Systems, Inc. have signed lease renewals.
- At 433 Hackensack Avenue, Source Communications and Uscher, Quiat, Uscher & Russo, P.C. signed lease renewals while Ark Land Solutions signed a new lease.
